I'm looking for a spring/summer coat preferably something mac style wondering if you've seen any nice ones or what you'd go for x
I love this peach trench coat from Missguided! They do it in a beigey nude too if you want something more versatile (here). H&M have some great lightweight macs / trench coats too, I saw this in store the other week and it looks lovely x
I've a few pairs of tailored trousers of various prints and colours, check, tropical, flock, navy, maroon, pink, browns etc But struggle to style them. All the tops I have are patterned so don't go at all! I want something a little fancier than just a cotton tshirt or a vest but am struggling, can you help?
Take a look at the suggestions I made in the ask I just answered! Nothing wrong with plain t-shirts, they look much better than overdoing it with clashing prints or too many colours, and much easier to get right too. Here are some fancier plain tops I like - 123456, and don’t forget you can jazz up a plain t-shirt with a statment necklace / make it a bit ‘edgier’ with a leather biker or smarter with a blazer x
Hi!! Sorry to both you, but I adore the 'style' of your blog in the sense that you focus on posting outfit pictures and that you take them yourself and yet they are so fresh and professional in terns if photography. What camera do you use and do you have any advice about using a remote to take your pictures/general photography advice? Thank you and good luck with your exams (if you have them) :) x
Thank you! I use a Canon 400D, and I do use a remote now - much easier and quicker than using the self-timer option! It can result in some awkward hand placement in photos but that’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make for not having to stand around for 10 seconds per photo. My ‘photography’ skills are minimal, the only thing I can suggest is making sure you have good light - natural is best! If you can take photos outside or have light from a window face on that is ideal, if not you can manage as long as there is a decent amount of light - my light has to come from the side in my flat, but my windows are nice and big so there’s plenty of it. Unfortunately I do have exams, thank you! x
Hi hannah i also used rewardstyle and wondering if they have actually paid you yet? they haven't to me.
Yeah once, but not the total commission I’ve made. It takes up to 120 days for commissions to ‘close’, and I think they make a payments twice per month once your closed commissions have reached $100. Basically it just takes ages for anything to come through, but it does eventually! x
